In addition, ideas around state, market, civil relations are transforming ways in which property rights, civil liberties and the public interest are defined. Designed by Sir Arthur Thornley, this neo-classical building is set on a plinth of Mourne granite and is finished in Portland Stone. The (then) Prince of Wales officially opened the building in November 1932. Stormont provides the stunning location for the PLPR 2012 Conference drinks reception.
