We welcome<br \/>\nprojects on any geographic region, but are particularly interested in<br \/>\nprojects in Africa, South Asia, or East Asia that might contribute to the<br \/>\nglobal reach of the panel.  Our papers will examine multinational<br \/>\ncollaboration among built environment professionals in addressing rapid<br \/>\nurbanization along the US-Mexico border, in urban transportation networks<br \/>\nof three Latin American cities (Santiago, Sao Paulo, and Mexico City), and<br \/>\nin rebuilding the urban landscape of postwar Europe.
